摘要
系统高效地开展就业形势监测工作对于促进高质量充分就业具有重要意义。当前,上海就业形势调查制度逐步建立,监测指标日趋多元,监测方式逐渐多样,专项监测日渐完善。但新形势下,就业形势监测工作仍面临一定问题与挑战,如就业形势监测范围尚不全面,监测机制尚不成熟,监测指标尚不完善等。基于此,本研究从健全就业监测工作机制、完善就业监测调查体系、建立就业监测指标体系、探索灵活就业监测路径、打造就业形势监测队伍等方面提出了相关建议。
Carrying out employment situation monitoring work efficiently is of great significance for promoting high-quality and full employment.Currently,the employment situation investigation system in Shanghai is gradually being established,with increasingly diverse monitoring indicators and methods,and specialized monitoring becoming more perfect.However,under the new situation,the monitoring of employment situation still faces certain problems and challenges,such as incomplete monitoring scope,immature monitoring mechanism,and incomplete monitoring indicators.Based on this,this study proposes relevant suggestions from the aspects of improving the employment monitoring mechanism,perfecting the employment monitoring and investigation system,establishing an employment monitoring indicator system,exploring flexible employment monitoring paths,and building an employment situation monitoring team.
