摘要 为探寻砂土作为筑坝材料和输水管道垫层材料的适宜性,以取自内蒙古通辽市附近的砂土为材料,采用水泥作为外加剂,开展水泥改良砂土的力学性质试验。通过击实试验确认水泥掺入比分别为0、4%、6%、8%、10%砂料的最大干密度和最优含水率值,并对每种试验料开展固结试验和直接剪切试验,从而确定试验料的最优配比。对最优水泥掺量混合料进行3、7、14、28 d等养护时间下的直接剪切试验和无侧限抗压强度试验,以确定其强度指标和时间的关系。试验结果表明,掺入水泥后砂土制备样强度明显增大,并随养护时间的增加呈现出强度先快速增大后增幅放缓并逐渐趋平的变化趋势。 In order to explore the suitability of sand as a material for dam construction and as a sub-base for water pipelines,this study investigates the mechanical properties of cement improved sand.Sand samples are collected from the vicinity of Tongliao City in Inner Mongolia and cement is used as an admixture.Compaction tests are conducted to determine the maximum dry density and optimal moisture content for sand mixtures with cement incorporation ratios of 0,4%,6%,8%,and 10%.Subsequently,consolidation tests and direct shear tests are performed on each mixture to identify the optimal proportion of cement.For the optimal cement content mixture,direct shear tests and unconfined compressive strength tests are carried out at curing times of 3,7,14,28 d to establish the relationship between strength parameters and curing time.The results indicate that the addition of cement significantly enhances the strength of the sand samples.The strength increases rapidly during the initial curing period,then the rate of increase slows down and eventually stabilizes as curing time progresses.
