摘要
[目的]筛选奶牛消化道寄生虫的最佳驱除药物。[方法]选取3家奶牛场和6家奶牛养殖合作社为试点,对706头奶牛消化道寄生虫病流行现状与常用药物驱虫效果进行对比试验。[结果]奶牛有不同程度的犊新蛔虫、莫尼茨绦虫、肝片吸虫、前后盘吸虫等吸虫,以及球虫等消化道寄生虫感染。[结论]当地常用驱虫药物中,应用伊维菌素注射液与托曲珠利混悬液后,粪便检查虫卵减少率、转阴率高于阿苯达唑片、盐酸左旋咪唑片、磺胺二甲嘧啶片。伊维菌素、托曲珠利联合用药是驱除奶牛消化道线虫、吸虫、绦虫和球虫的最佳组合。
[Objective]To screen the best anthelmintic drugs for digestive tract parasites in dairy cows.[Method]Three dairy farms and six dairy farming cooperatives were selected as pilot sites.A comparative trial was conducted on the epidemiological status of digestive tract parasitic diseases and the efficacy of common anthelmintic drugs in 706 dairy cows.[Result]Various degrees of infection were observed with parasites such as Toxocara vitulorum,Moniezia tapeworms,Fasciola hepatica,Paramphistomum,and coccidia.[Conclusion]Among the commonly used anthelmintic drugs in the region,the combination of Ivermectin injection and Toltrazuril suspension showed higher egg reduction rates and negative conversion rates in fecal examinations compared to Albendazole tablets,Levamisole Hydrochloride tablets,and Sulfadimidine tablets.The combination of Ivermectin and Toltrazuril is the optimal choice for eliminating nematodes,trematodes,cestodes,and coccidia in the digestive tract of dairy cows.
