摘要
生鲜农产品质量直接关系到国计民生。为提升生鲜农产品冷链物流效率,识别并解决其中的潜在问题,进而辅助政府做出更加精准的决策,文章构建了冷链物流效率综合评价体系,该体系涵盖资金、劳动、技术三大核心要素。本文采用超效率SBM与Malmquist指数模型,分析了全国30个省区市(不含港澳台地区、西藏)的生鲜农产品冷链物流效率及时空变化。根据研究结果,本文将研究对象分为四类,并提出针对性的改进建议,旨在促进生鲜农产品冷链物流行业的持续优化升级。
The quality of fresh agricultural products is directly related to the national economy and people's livelihoods.In order to improve the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products,identify and address potential issues,and assist the government in making more precise decisions,this article constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for cold chain logistics effi ciency,which covers three core elements:capital,labor,and technology.The article uses the super-effi ciency SBM and Malmquist index models to analyze the cold chain logistics effi ciency and its temporal and spatial variations in 30 provinces and regions across China(excluding Hong Kong region,Macao region,Taiwan region,and Xizang).Based on the research fi ndings,the study categorizes the research subjects into four types and provides targeted improvement suggestions,aiming to promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of the cold chain logistics industry for fresh agricultural products.
