数字经济背景下浙江省跨境电商中小企业转型升级的策略研究 被引量:10

Research on the Strategies for the Transformation and Upgrading of Small and Medium-Sized Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises in Zhejiang Province under the Digital Economy

摘要 跨境电商连通着海内外市场已成为外贸发展新增长极。数字经济的发展推动了跨境电商模式的创新和升级,现有研究从宏观角度对全国跨境电商数字化转型升级探讨较多,针对浙江省跨境电商中小企业数字化转型企业视角研究较少。以数字经济为背景,选取浙江省跨境电商中小企业作为研究对象,分析浙江省跨境电商行业发展现状及企业发展困境,探讨“子不语”和“两氢一氧”转型升级案例,提出数字经济下浙江省跨境电商中小企业转型升级策略。通过提升数字化建设水平、深入探索品牌出海路径、积极开拓国际潜力市场、勇于开辟营销新渠道、奋力探索AI赋能创新应用等策略,重塑企业竞争力,以期推动跨境电商中小企业实现高质量发展。 Cross-border e-commerce which connects domestic and international markets has become a new growth pole for foreign trade development.The development of the digital economy has promoted the innovation and upgrading of cross-border e-commerce models.Existing studies have discussed the digital transformation and upgrading of cross-border e-commerce in the country from a macro perspective,but there are few studies on the digital transformation of cross-border e-commerce SMEs in Zhejiang Province from a perspective of enterprise.With the digital economy as the background,this paper selects cross-border e-commerce SMEs in Zhejiang Province as the research object,analyzes the development status of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province and the difficulties of enterprise in development,discusses the transformation and upgrading cases of"Zi Bu Yu"and"Two Hydrogens and One Oxygen",and proposes the transformation and upgrading strategy of cross-border e-commerce SMEs in Zhejiang Province in the digital economy era.Through strategies of improving the level of digital construction,in-depth exploration of brand overseas paths,actively exploring international potential markets,courageously opening up new marketing channels,and striving to explore innovative applications of AI empowerment,reshape SMEs competitiveness and promote high-quality development of Zhejiang's cross-border e-commerce SMEs.
