摘要
采用静态法测定了常压下α-酮戊二酸在水、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯和丙酮酸中的溶解度,并研究了丙酮酸对α-酮戊二酸在水、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯3种溶剂中溶解度的影响。实验结果表明:α-酮戊二酸在水-丙酮酸、乙酸乙酯-丙酮酸、乙酸正丁酯-丙酮酸3种混合溶剂中的溶解度总体与温度呈正相关;在水-丙酮酸混合溶剂中,丙酮酸摩尔比(y1)增大会使α-酮戊二酸的溶解度减小;在乙酸乙酯-丙酮酸、乙酸正丁酯-丙酮酸混合体系中,丙酮酸摩尔比增加会使α-酮戊二酸的溶解度先减小后增大,两体系极小值分别位于乙酸乙酯-丙酮酸摩尔比y2=0.60和乙酸正丁酯-丙酮酸摩尔比y3=0.47附近。Apelblat方程、Yaws方程和(CNIBS)/Redlich-Kister方程对α-酮戊二酸在以上3种混合溶剂中的溶解度数据关联良好;采用修正的van′t Hoff方程计算了α-酮戊二酸在水-丙酮酸、乙酸乙酯-丙酮酸、乙酸正丁酯-丙酮酸3种混合体系的溶解焓、溶解熵和吉布斯自由能。研究结果为建立α-酮戊二酸的生产工艺提供基础数据。
The solubility ofα-ketoglutarate(α-KG)in water,ethyl acetate(EA),n-butyl acetate(nBA)and pyruvate(PYR)under normal pressure was determined by a static method.Effects of PYR on the solubility ofαKG in water,EA and nBA was studied.The results show that the solubility ofα-KG in water-PYR,EA-PYR and nBA-PYR is positively correlated with temperature.In water-PYR mixture solvents,the solubility ofα-KG decreases with the increase of the molar ratio of pyruvate(y1).In the EA-PYR and nBA-PYR mixed solvents,the solubility decreases first and then increases with the increase of the molar ratio of PYR,and the minimum values are near y2=0.60 and y3=0.47,respectively.Apelblat model,Yaws model and(CNIBS)/Redlich-Kister equation correlate well with the solubility data ofα-KG in the three mixed solvents.The Thermodynamic parameters(Δ_(sol)H_(m)^(°),Δ_(sol)S_(m)^(°)andΔ_(sol)G_(m)^(°))ofα-KG in above three systems were calculated by modified van′t Hoff equation.
