摘要
欧洲对海洋渔业的探索从很早就开始了。海洋渔业的丰厚利润吸引着人们增加捕捞的种类与单种鱼类的渔获量,同时也促使人们开发新的捕捞海域。步入工业时代以来,凭借科学技术的发展,人类开发、利用海洋资源的能力不断加强,由此引发了海洋渔业捕捞的三次革命,使海洋渔业实现了初步的现代化。但传统经济渔业资源的衰退迹象也随之而来,海洋生态遭到了较为严重的破坏。对此,欧洲各国从“节流”和“开源”两个方面采取了一系列的挽救措施,海洋的生态养护成为了渔业管理中的重要内容。
The exploration of Marine fisheries in Europe began very early.A good profit in this field attracts more and more fisheries,either kinds of fishes or amount of a single fish,and to promote to find new fishery areas.Since entering the industrial age,with the development of science and technology,human beings' ability to exploit Marine resources has been strengthened constantly,which trigger three Marine fishery revolutions and made Marine fishery realize the preliminary modernization.However,the signs of the decline of traditional economic fishery resources have followed,and the Marine ecology has been seriously damaged.In this regard,European countries have taken a series of rescue measures from “reducing expenditure” to “open source”.Marine ecological conservation has become an important part of fishery management.
