摘要
区域国别学以特定国家和区域的总体特征、政治经济、民族宗教、社会发展、历史文化、对外关系等为研究对象,关注国情区情中的战略性、政策性、综合性问题,是一国由地区走向全球、深入观察世情、构建本国战略的“大国之学”、强国之学。新时代中国特色区域国别学既是回答中国发展提出的新问题、服务中国国家发展的需要,也是适应世界发展变化,更好回答世界之问、时代之问的需要。从历史逻辑看,区域国别学的设立符合辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义对于人类社会发展规律的认识;从理论逻辑看,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想闪耀着马克思主义真理光芒,内涵丰富、博大精深、系统完备,为区域国别学学科建构提供了根本遵循;从实践逻辑看,区域国别学具有深远的时代意义和世界意义,是构建人类命运共同体的重要路径与动力。构建新时代中国特色区域国别学,要深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,真抓实干、担当作为;聚焦实践特色,围绕中心、服务大局;胸怀“国之大者”,从全局高度想问题办事情,坚持胸怀天下、树立世界眼光,下好区域国别学学科构建的先手棋,掌握应对时代之变、世界之变、历史之变的主动权。
As a discipline,regional and country studies take the general characteristics,politics and economy,ethnicity and religion,social development,history and culture,and foreign relations of specific countries and regions as the study objects.It addresses strategic,policy-oriented and comprehensive issues in⁃herent to national and regional contexts,serving as a“discipline for great powers”that enables a nation to transition from regional engagement to global influence,deepen its understanding of global affairs,and formulate national strategies.Regional and country studies with Chinese characteristics in the new era are timely an⁃swers to the new questions raised by China′s development and provide service to China′s national development,therefore it is also a need to adapt to the changes in world development and better answer the questions of the world and the times.In terms of historical logic,the establishment of this discipline conforms to the un⁃derstanding of dialectical materialism and historical materialism on the laws of the development of human society.In terms of theoretical logic,Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,which shines with the light of Marxist truth,rich in connotation,profound and systematic,provides a funda⁃mental guideline for the construction of this discipline.In terms of practical logic,regional and country studies have far-reaching significance of the times and the world,serving as a critical pathway and driving force for building a community with a shared future for mankind.To construct the discipline,it is necessary to study and implement Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era in depth,make practical efforts and take on responsibilities,emphasize practical relevance,prioritize overarching goals,and serve the broader national agenda.With a broad vision of the country,it is vital to approach problems and tasks from a global perspective,adhere to a global perspective,take the lead in constructing the discipline of regional and country studies,and grasp the initiative to grasp“the changes of the times,the world,and history”.
