长周期服役P91钢管材质劣化及性能恢复试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对长周期服役P91钢管出现低硬度的材质劣化问题进行了性能恢复热处理试验,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析对比P91钢性能恢复热处理前后的微观组织及微区成分差异,并测试了其常温及高温力学性能。结果表明:低硬度P91钢性能恢复热处理后常温及短时高温力学性能均达到相关标准要求;长周期服役P91钢硬度大幅降低的主要原因为马氏体的再结晶、碳化物及拉弗斯相的析出长大,通过性能恢复热处理能够将P91钢组织调整为均匀的回火马氏体,粗大的Cr_(23)C_(6)及拉弗斯相回溶,P91钢的综合力学性能得到有效提高。 The low hardness of P91 steel pipe in long-term service was tested by performance recovery heat treatment.The microstructure and micro composition of P91 steel pipe before and after performance recovery heat treatment were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometry.The mechanical properties of P91 steel pipe at room temperature and high temperature were tested.The results show that the mechanical properties of low hardness P91 steel at room temperature and short-term high temperature after property recovery heat treatment meet the requirements of relevant standards;The main reason for the sharp decrease of hardness of P91 steel in long-term service is the recrystallization of martensite,the precipitation and growth of carbide and Laves phase.The microstructure of P91 steel can be adjusted to uniform tempered martensite and coarse Cr_(23)C_(6) and Laves phase by property recovery heat treatment.The results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of P91 steel are effectively improved.
