摘要
数字技术赋能乡村治理现代化是实现乡村全面振兴的必然选择。国家通过信息技术持续推进乡村治理的数字化,以此带动经济、文化和生态等方面的现代化发展,在优化乡村治理结构、创新乡村治理方式,以及提升乡村治理能力等方面,已经取得显著成效。但数字技术赋能乡村治理现代化仍然存在着数字基础设施薄弱、数字鸿沟问题突出、数据安全与隐私保护面临挑战、数字技术与乡村治理融合不足等现实问题。因此,需要加强数字基础设施建设、缩小数字鸿沟、加强数据安全与隐私保护、推动数字技术与乡村治理深度融合,充分发挥数字技术的优势,为乡村治理注入新的活力,为乡村的繁荣发展和农民的幸福生活提供有力保障。
Digital technology empowers the modernization of rural governance and is an inevitable choice to achieve comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.The country continues to promote the digitalization of rural governance through information technology to drive modernization development in economy,culture and ecology.It has achieved remarkable results in optimizing rural governance structures,innovating rural governance methods,and improving rural governance capabilities.However,digital technology empowers the modernization of rural governance and there are still practical problems such as weak digital infrastructure,prominent digital divide issues,challenges to data security and privacy protection,and insufficient integration of digital technology and rural governance.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,narrow the digital divide,strengthen data security and privacy protection,promote the deep integration of digital technology and rural governance,give full play to the advantages of digital technology,inject new vitality into rural governance,contribute to the prosperity and development of rural areas and provide a strong guarantee for farmers'happy life.
