摘要
目的了解老年肺癌患者生活质量现况,探讨其与夫妻依恋、心理弹性的相关性,为提高我国老年肺癌患者生活质量的研究提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、夫妻依恋量表、心理弹性量表、肺癌患者生活质量评估量表对老年肺癌住院患者进行调查;采用多元线性回归,分析影响老年肺癌患者生活质量的相关因素;采用Pearson相关性分析,探讨患者生活质量与夫妻依恋、心理弹性的相关性。结果共纳入310例老年肺癌患者,其生活质量总分为(147.91±19.61)分,夫妻依恋总分为(82.45±14.66)分,心理弹性总分为(94.99±17.05)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,夫妻依恋和心理弹性是老年肺癌患者生活质量的相关因素(均P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示,生活质量总分及各维度得分均与夫妻依恋、心理弹性各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论老年肺癌患者的生活质量处于中高水平,与其夫妻依恋、心理弹性有关。建议临床通过心理疏导来增强老年肺癌患者的抗压能力,加强与其伴侣的沟通,以提升患者生活质量。
Objective To understand the current status of quality of life of elderly lung cancer patients,explore its correlation with spousal attachment and psychological elasticity,and provide theoretical basis for the study of improving the quality of life of elderly lung cancer patients in China.Methods A survey was conducted among hospitalized elderly lung cancer patients using a general demographic questionnaire,a spousal attachment scale,a psychological resilience scale,and a lung cancer patients'quality of life assessment scale.Multiple linear regression was performed to analyze the factors influencing the quality of life in these patients,while Pearson correlation analysis was employed to examine the relationships between quality of life,spousal attachment,and psychological resilience.Results A total of 310 elderly lung cancer patients were enrolled.The overall quality of life score was(147.91±19.61)points,the total spousal attachment score was(82.45±14.66)points,and the total score of psychological resilience was(94.99±17.05)points.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that both spousal attachment and psychological resilience were significantly associated with the quality of life of elderly lung cancer patients(both P<0.05).Furthermore,Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the total quality of life score and the scores of its individual dimensions were positively correlated with the scores of the dimensions of spousal attachment and psychological resilience(P<0.01).Conclusions The quality of life of elderly lung cancer patients is at a moderately high level and is significantly related to spousal attachment and psychological resilience.It is recommended that clinicians utilize psychological counseling to enhance these patients'stress-coping abilities and foster better communication with their partners,thereby improving their overall quality of life.
