浅析环境检测公司安全管理问题

摘要 随着国家重视生态环保问题,环境检测公司日益增多。环境检测公司日常工作涉及危险化学品使用、特种气体使用、特种设备使用(如高压气瓶、高压灭菌装置)、有毒有害样品的接触、高空作业等,均存在一定安全问题。检验检测机构资质认定时涉及安全管理条款不多,且日常工作中安全检查也较少。鉴于此,环境检测公司应当建立健全环境检测公司安全管理体系及相关制度,并落实安全管理措施,加强人员安全意识培养,规范仪器设备使用,合理规划实验室布局,降低实验室发生事故的机率,有效保障人员及公司财产的安全。 With the country′s emphasis on ecological and environmental protection issues,the number of environmental testing companies is increasing.The daily work of environmental testing companies involves the use of hazardous chemicals,special gases,special equipment(such as high-pressure gas cylinders,high-pressure sterilization devices),contact with toxic and harmful samples,and high-altitude operations,all of which have certain safety issues.There are not many safety management clauses involved in the qualification certification of inspection and testing institutions,and there are also few safety inspections in daily work.In view of this,environmental testing companies should establish and improve their safety management system and related regulations,implement safety management measures,strengthen personnel safety awareness training,standardize the use of instruments and equipment,plan laboratory layout reasonably,reduce the incidence of laboratory accidents,and effectively ensure the safety of personnel and company property.
