摘要
在甲醇合成装置加热炉使用模型预测控制(MPC)技术,克服了燃料气热值的干扰,实现了加热炉的稳定控制。使用MPC技术后,烟气过剩氧体积分数、炉膛负压、炉出口温度的标准方差均降低40%以上,满足日常稳定控制的需求,节省了人力,降低了能量消耗。
Model predictive control(MPC)technology is used in the heating furnace of methanol synthesis plant to overcome the interference of fuel gas heating value and realize the stable control of the heating furnace.After using MPC technology,the standard variance of flue gas excess oxygen volume fraction,furnace negative pressure and furnace outlet temperature are all reduced by more than 40%,which meets the needs of daily stability control,saves manpower and reduces energy consumption.
