柱塞泵减速箱旋转油封漏油分析及改进 被引量:1

摘要 对于减速箱等存在高速旋转润滑的机械设备,其旋转油封失效漏油是设备运行过程中经常出现的现象,该文通过分析柱塞泵减速箱旋转油封关联结构,分解出可能导致旋转油封失效的各种因素;然后进行分析及对比试验验证初步因素,找到旋转油封失效的根本原因;再通过针对性改进来解决旋转油封漏油问题;最后总结机械轴的油封密封位置加工工艺方法,并依据分析过程形成“结构功能解析”分析方法,以为类似问题的处理提供解决方法。 For mechanical equipment with high-speed rotating lubrication such as gearboxes,the failure and oil leakage of the rotating oil seal are common phenomena during the operation process of equipment.In this paper,by analyzing the correlation structure of rotating oil seal in the plunger pump gearbox,various factors which may cause the failure of the rotating oil seal are emerged;analysis and comparative experiments are conducted to verify the preliminary factors so as to find the root cause of the failure of the rotary oil seal.The leakage problem of the rotary oil seal is solved after the targeted improvements are made.The machining process methods for the oil seal position of the mechanical shaft are summarized,and thus the"structural functional analysis"method is formed based on the analysis process.
