摘要
加氢循环泵工作环境恶劣,其输送的介质为有毒、腐蚀、磨损性强、易燃易爆的固体或气体,因而会导致过流面腐蚀、冲刷严重。为提高循环泵过流面抗腐蚀和耐冲刷磨损性能,提高其整体服役寿命,该文将某公司生产的Colmonoy 88、Colmonoy 75合金粉末喷涂在S321材料上进行超音速喷涂工艺试验,分析涂层微观组织、硬度、结合力、气孔率以及耐腐蚀、耐磨损性能,以确定最优涂层制备工艺,并用于模拟产品过流面处理。根据分析检测结果得出加氢循环泵喷涂用粉末和最佳表面处理工艺方案,为加氢循环泵耐磨涂层的制备提供参考。
The working environment of the hydrogenation circulation pump is harsh,and the medium conveyed is toxic,corrosive,highly abrasive,flammable and explosive solid or gas,which leads to severe corrosion and erosion of the flow surface.In order to improve the corrosion and erosion resistance of the flow surface of the circulation pump,and improve its overall service life,a supersonic spraying process test was conducted on S321 material based on the Colmonoy 88 and Colmonoy 75 alloy powders produced by a certain company.The microstructure,hardness,bonding force,porosity,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coating were analyzed,and the optimal coating preparation process was determined,which was used to simulate product flow surface treatment.Based on the analysis and testing results,the powder and optimal surface treatment process plan for the spray coating of the hydrogenation circulation pump are obtained,which can provide reference for the preparation of wear-resistant coatings for the hydrogenation circulation pump.
