菠萝自动化采收技术与装备研究现状与展望 被引量:1

摘要 菠萝自动化采收装备对于解决传统人工采收方式面临的劳动强度大、作业效率低、适龄人力少等问题具有重要意义。为明确菠萝自动化采收技术与装备的研究进展,总结梳理了机械自动采收装备以及机器人采收装备在果实识别与定位、本体设计与控制等方面的发展现状。针对现有成果存在的采摘损伤率高、识别定位精度欠佳、采收效率不足、设备成本较高等共性问题,指出加快发展和部署农机导航技术、优化识别定位与组合感知技术、完善协同规划与控制技术及研究绿色清洁动力驱动技术是菠萝自动化和智能化采收装备的未来发展趋势。 Automated pineapple harvesting equipment is of great significance in solving the problems faced by traditional manual harvesting methods,such as high labor intensity,low operating efficiency,and less suitableage manpower.To clarify the research progress in automated pineapple harvesting technologies and equipment,the development status of mechanical automatic harvesting equipment and robotic harvesting equipment in terms of fruit recognition and positioning,body design and control was summarized and sorted out.In view of the common issues present in existing achievements,including high fruit damage rates,inadequate recognition and positioning accuracy,insufficient harvesting efficiency,and high equipment costs,it is suggested that the future development trends for automated and intelligent pineapple harvesting equipment include accelerating the development and deployment of agricultural machinery navigation technology,optimizing recognition and combined sensing technology,enhancing collaborative planning and control technology,and researching clean and sustainable energy.
