长庆油田老井筒套管内涂层贴膜防腐技术研究

Study on Anti⁃Corrosion Coating and Membrane Technology for Old Well Casing Tubing in Changqing Oilfield

摘要 长庆油田重点腐蚀区单一内防腐蚀技术无法满足现场需要。本文介绍了长庆油田老井筒套管内涂层贴膜防腐技术的液体环氧涂料和智能井下涂层贴膜工具,探索了相应的地面和井下联动贴膜施工工艺,并在现场腐蚀防护试验中取得了一定效果。结果表明:涂层硬度大于6 H,厚度大于400μm,附着力等级为4A,耐化学介质腐蚀,具有优异的现场应用性能;设计的智能井下涂层贴膜工具在现场应用中,通过贴膜前后井下电视照相视频资料对比,贴膜工具实现80 min喷涂220 m,厚度可达0.7 mm的设计要求,并且可以地面控制涂覆速度、精确定位涂覆深度及涂层厚度,为长庆油田老井井筒套管腐蚀防护、井下修复工艺提供了技术参考和一套可靠的技术路径。 The single internal anti⁃corrosion technology in the key corrosion areas of Changqing Oilfield cannot meet the needs of the field.In this study,the liquid epoxy coating and intelligent downhole coating and film sticking device for the anti⁃corrosion technology of coating and film sticking anti⁃corrosion technology for old wellbore casing in Changqing oilfield were introduced,the corresponding surface and downhole joint film sticking construction technology were explored,and certain effects were obtained in the field corrosion protection experiment.Results showed that the coating hardness was greater than 6H,the thickness exceeded 400μm,the adhesion grade was 4A,and it exhibited resistance to chemical medium corrosion,demonstrating excellent field application performance.The designed intelligent downhole coating and film stick⁃ing device,when applied in the field,achieved the design requirement of spraying 220 m in 80 min with a coating thickness of up to 0.7 mm,as verified by comparing underground television camera video data before and after film sticking.Furthermore,the tool allowed for ground con⁃trol over the coating speed,precise positioning of the coating depth,and coating thickness.This provides a technological reference and a relia⁃ble technical path for the corrosion protection of old wellbore casings and downhole repair processes in Changqing Oilfield.
