摘要
为探究湿热海洋环境下车体的腐蚀行为,分析了和谐号动车组服役中期车体承载结构的腐蚀情况,利用体视显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪,对腐蚀产物的微观形貌、元素组成及分布进行了分析。结果表明:车体表面的腐蚀产物为Al_(2)O_(3)、AlO(OH)及Al(OH)_(3),腐蚀形式以点蚀为主。分析认为,湿热的大气环境中Cl^(-)的存在破坏了铝合金表面的Al_(2)O_(3),保护层,且铝合金与碳钢的异质材料腐蚀电位差异加速了铝合金车体的腐蚀。
In order to explore the corrosion behavior of the train body in a humid and hot marine environment,this study analyzed the corrosion situation of the load-bearing structure of the Harmony Express train body during its mid-service period.Stereomicroscopes,X-ray diffractome-ters,scanning electron microscopes,and energy-dispersive spectrometers were used to analyze the micromorphology,elemental composition,and distribution of the corrosion products.The research results showed that the corrosion products on the train body surface were Al_(2)O_(3),AlO(OH),and Al(OH)_(3),and the main form of corrosion was pitting corrosion.The analysis indicated that in the humid and hot atmospheric environments,the presence of CIT destroyed the Al_(2)O_(3) protective layer on the surface of the aluminum alloy.Moreover,the heterogeneous mate-rials corrosion potential difference between aluminum alloy and carbon steel accelerated the corrosion of aluminum alloy car body.
