摘要
乳腺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病机制复杂、病情发展迅速。白细胞减少症是化疗的常见不良反应,可影响患者的治疗进程和预后与转归。临床研究证实,中医药在缓解化疗引起的副作用和改善白细胞减少症方面具有独到之处和多方面的作用,中医药治疗乳腺癌具有增效减毒的优势,同时可弥补现阶段西医治疗的局限性。本文综述中医药防治乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少症的研究进展,为临床提供参考。
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor with complicated pathogenesis and rapid development.Leukopenia is a common adverse reaction of chemotherapy,which affects the treatment process,prognosis and outcome of patients.Clinical studies have confirmed that Chinese medicine has shown its uniqueness and various functions in alleviating the side effects caused by chemotherapy and improving the symptoms of leukopenia,showing the advantages of Chinese medicine in treating breast cancer and making up for the limitations of western medicine treatment at this stage.This paper summarizes the research progress of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating leukopenia after chemotherapy for breast cancer,and provides reference for clinic.
