摘要
原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤,属于中医盆腔“积聚”的范畴,因其具有压迫输尿管导致肾积水的特点而常与泌尿系肿瘤相混淆,故也有学者将其称为腹膜后非泌尿系肿瘤。郑洪新教授认为气郁、血瘀、痰凝是积聚形成的主要病机,基于此,提出了从郁、瘀、痰论治积聚的治疗原则,通过对各类肿瘤的长期临床实践观察,已证明其显著的疗效。为系统整理郑洪新教授从郁、瘀、痰论治积聚的临床经验,并附从郁、瘀、痰论治原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤成功案例加以用药思路分析,以期为治疗此类积聚提供中医方案。
Primary pelvic retroperitoneal tumor belongs to the category of"abdominal masses"in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is often confused with urinary tract tumors due to its characteristic of hydronephrosis caused by compression of the ureter,so some scholars refer to it as retroperitoneal non-urinary tract tumor.Prof.ZHENG Hongxin believes that stagnation of Qi,blood stasis,phlegm coagulation the main pathogenesis of abdominal masses,based on which,she put forward the treatment principle of treating abdominal masses from Qi-stagnation,blood stasis and sputum,which has significant clinical effect through long-term clinical practice on various types of tumors.In this paper,the clinical experience of Prof.ZHENG Hongxin in treating abdominal masses from Qi-stagnation,blood stasis and sputum,is systematically organized,and is attached to a successful case with the analysis of medication,in order to provide Chinese medicine solutions for the treatment of this kind of abdominal masses.
