摘要
为推动铁路盾构隧道(群)施工信息管理标准化建设,通过对盾构参数数据、传感监测信息、监控视频等多源异构数据的融合技术进行研究,提出一套覆盖数据采集、数据传输、数据存储、数据质量、数据共享全流程的数据标准化管理方案。在此基础上,依托深江铁路项目对数据标准接口设计开展关键技术研究,形成基于项目数据分类分级的盾构信息管理系统接口标准,构建面向建设方的多层级信息化、数字化、智慧化盾构隧道施工信息化管理平台,解决深江铁路项目盾构施工多区间并行作业和管理的难题,促进建设方对深江铁路盾构隧道施工安全、质量方面的深度管理。
To advance the standardization of information management in railway shield tunnel(group)construction,this paper proposes a comprehensive standardized data management scheme based on research into fusion technologies for multi-source heterogeneous data,such as shield parameter data,sensor monitoring information and surveillance video data.This scheme covers the entire data flow,including acquisition,transmission,storage,quality and sharing.Building on this foundation,this paper conducts key technical research on designing standard data interfaces based on the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway Project.It develops an interface standard for the shield information management system based on project data classification and grading,establishes a multi-tiered,information-driven,digital and intelligent management platform for shield tunnel construction,tailored to the needs of the project owner,addresses the challenges posed by parallel operations and management across multiple shield construction sections for the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway Project,ultimately enhancing the project owner's ability to manage shield tunnel construction with increased focus on safety and quality.
