HIAF-BRing二极铁电源样机监控系统设计

摘要 强流重离子加速器(High Intensity Heavy-ion Accelerator Facility,HIAF)是中国科学院近代物理研究所(IMP)正在建设的国家重大科技基础设施,HIAF-BRing二极铁电源是HIAF的关键核心设备。研制的HIAF-BRing二极铁电源样机,采用全储能、变前励、多个全开关功率单元串并联的实现方案,使用基于全光纤介质传输的主从数字控制器。本文研发的HIAF-BRing二极铁电源样机监控系统,通过UDP与数字控制器通信,获取电源数据并显示,从电源整机的状态、总输出电流、各支路输出电流、各功率模块状态、各功率模块母线电压、各功率模块电容组温度等多维度实时监测样机的工作状态。为结构复杂、系统庞大的样机提供了一套数字化的监控手段,能实时掌控和分析每一功率模块的工作情况,提高了样机研制的工作效率。 High Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)is a major national scientific and technological infrastructure being built by the Institute of Modern Physics(IMP)of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.HIAF-BRing diode power supply is the key core equipment of HIAF.The developed HIAF-BRing diode iron power supply prototype adopts the realizationscheme of full energy storage,variable pre-excitation,multiple full switching power units in series and parallel,and uses a master-slave digital controller based on all-fiber dielectric transmission.The HIAF-BRing diode iron power supply prototype monitoring system developed in this paper communicates with the digital controller through UDP to obtain the power supply data and display it from the state of the whole power supply,the total output current,the output current of each branch,the status of each power module,the busbar voltage of each power module,and the capacitor group of each power module.Monitor the working status of the prototype in real time in multiple dimensions such as temperature.It provides a set of digital.monitoring means for prototypes with complex structures and huge systems,which can control and analyze the work of each power module in real time,and improve the efficiency of prototype development.
