摘要
针对超细青饲料粉碎过程中的关键技术问题,建立了基于动力学模型的粉碎机结构分析方法。通过有限元分析软件对粉碎腔体、转子系统和筛网组件进行动态仿真,研究了粉碎机结构参数和工作参数对粉碎效果的影响。实验结果表明,转子刀片安装角度在35°—40°范围内,粉碎效率最高;筛网孔径为1.5 mm时,物料粒度分布最均匀;转子转速在2800-3200 r/min区间运行最为稳定。
Focusing on key technical issues in ultra-fine green feed crushing process,a structural analysis method was established for the crusher based on dynamic model.Dynamic simulation of the crushing chamber,rotor system and screen components was conducted using finite element analysis software to study the influence of different structural and working parameters on crushing effects.Experimental results showed that the crushing efficiency was highest when the rotor blade installation angle was within 35°-40°;the material particle size distribution was the most uniform when the screen aperture was 1.5mm;and the rotor speed operated most stably in the range of 2800-3200r/min.
