摘要
在对汽车是否为拼装车辆的司法鉴定过程中,需要鉴定人从车辆硬件、软件发掘车辆拼装痕迹,而司法鉴定人对车辆拼装痕迹识别的熟练度、专业性是出具准确鉴定意见的必要条件。本文通过鉴定实践案例,对车辆拼装痕迹特征、勘验方法进行归纳总结,对一起典型案例的检验鉴定过程进行展示,以期为此类型鉴定工作提供参考。
In the process of judicial identification of whether a car is an assembled vehicle,it is necessary for the appraiser to discover the assembled vehicle traces from the vehicle hardware and software,and the proficiency of the judicial appraiser in identifying the assembled vehicle traces becomes a necessary condition for issuing accurate identification opinions.This paper summarizes a variety of vehicle assembly marks in the practice cases of assembly vehicle identification over the years.By enumerating the inspection and identification of practice cases,analyzing and studying different forms and inspection processes of assembly vehicle assembly marks can realize clear,efficient and accurate inspection and identification of assembled vehicles,which has certain reference value for type identification.
