复合纳米纤维防水透湿膜研究进展

Research progress in composite nanofiber waterproof and moisture permeable membranes

摘要 纳米纤维防水透湿膜是一种具有特殊三维网络状微孔结构的材料,能够抵御液态水的渗入,同时允许水蒸气透过,从而保持内部环境的干燥。静电纺丝技术制备的纳米纤维膜具有孔径小、孔隙率高等特点,可以有效提高防水透湿性能。目前,进一步提升纳米纤维防水透湿膜综合性能的主要方式有:多种材料混合制备复合纳米纤维膜、多组分层合制备复合纳米纤维膜、涂层法制备复合纳米纤维膜等。本文对这3种制备防水透湿膜的方式进行综述并展望纳米纤维防水透湿膜的发展趋势。 Nanofiber waterproof and moisture permeable membrane is a material with a special three-dimensional network like microporous structure,which can resist the infiltration of liquid water and allow water vapor to pass through,thus maintaining a dry internal environment.The nanofiber membrane prepared by electrospinning technology has the characteristics of small pore size and high porosity,which can effectively improve the waterproof and moisture permeability performance.At present,the main ways to further improve the comprehensive performance of nanofiber waterproof and breathable membranes include:preparing composite nanofiber membranes by mixing multiple materials,preparing composite nanofiber membranes by multi-component layering,and preparing composite nanofiber membranes by coating method.The three methods of preparing waterproof and breathable membranes are reviewed and the development trend of nanofiber waterproof and breathable membranes is looked forward to.
