摘要
护理实践是医疗卫生服务体系中的重要组成部分,在实现“健康中国”战略目标中发挥着关键作用。面对目前国内人民群众日益增长的健康需求和日趋复杂的健康问题,以实现人群整体与长远健康效益最大化为导向的群医学理念有望为护理实践领域的发展提供有益参考。将群医学理念融入护理实践,可以充分发挥护理工作者的专业价值,提升护理质量,推动健康中国建设。该文对群医学理念的发展历程、具体内涵及在护理实践领域的应用进行综述,并提出相关建议,以期深化群医学理念在护理实践中的融合和应用,推动国内护理专业的发展。
Nursing practice is an important component of the healthcare service system and plays a crucial role in achieving the strategic goal of“Healthy China Initiative”.Facing the growing health needs and increasingly complex health issues,the concept of Population Medicine,which aims to maximize the overall and long-term health benefits of the population,is expected to provide new theoretical foundations for the nursing practice in China.Integrating the concept of Population Medicine into nursing practice can give full play to the professional value of nursing workers,improve nursing quality,and promote the construction of Healthy China.This review summarized the development of the concept of Population Medicine,its specific connotation and its application in the field of nursing practice,and relevant suggestions are put forward,providing references for scholars to deepen the integration and application of Population Medicine in nursing practice and promote the development of nursing in China.
