摘要
安徽电信政企体系数字化DICT项目LTC流程面临着新的挑战,如何升级政企生产模式,如何支撑产数业务体系规模化高质量发展,如何满足售后服务过程透明和高效要求,对政企体系数字化转型具有直接影响。文章在详细了政企体系数字化DICT项目LTC流程面临的挑战及问题的基础上,提出了针对性的解决措施,旨在为相关人员提供参考,以保证政企体系数字化DICT项目LTC流程在实际运作过程中能够满足数字化转型要求。
The DICT project LTC process in Anhui Telecom’s government-enterprise digital system is facing new challenges.These include upgrading the government-enterprise production mode,supporting the scalable and high-quality development of business systems,and meeting transparent and efficient requirements for post-sales services.These challenges directly impact the digital transformation of the government-enterprise digital system.This article discusses in detail the challenges and issues faced by the DICT project LTC process in the government-enterprise digital system,and proposes targeted solutions aimed at providing reference for relevant personnel to ensure that the LTC process of the DICT project in the government-enterprise digital system meets the requirements of digital transformation in practical operation.
