秦岭生态保护综治视联系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对秦岭生态保护的形势与现状,分析森林资源监管需求,设计由前端感知子系统、数据传输网络和森林防火监控指挥中心三部分组成的秦岭生态保护综治视联系统。该系统依托视频监控、火灾预警、移动执法、大数据分析等技术手段,对视频资源进行智能分析,异常情况做好事前预警,极大提高了秦岭生态环境保护的综合治理和应急联动能力,有效降低了森林火灾隐患。 In response to the current situation and status of ecological conservation in the Qinling Mountains,this analysis examines the requirements for forest resource supervision and proposes the design of an integrated visual connection system for ecological protection in the Qinling area.The system consists of three main components:a front-end perception subsystem,a data transmission network,and a forest fire prevention monitoring command center.Leveraging technological means such as video surveillance,fire warning systems,mobile law enforcement,and big data analysis,the system intelligently analyzes video resources and issues preemptive warnings for abnormal situations.This significantly enhances the comprehensive governance and emergency response capabilities for ecological environmental protection in the Qinling Mountains,effectively reducing the risk of forest fires.
