摘要
智慧水利建设是推动新时期水利高质量发展的六条实施路径之一[1],其中数字孪生流域是智慧水利建设的核心。作为数字孪生流域建设重要组成部分的数字孪生水利工程,其运营期的研究较为深入和广泛,但对建设期的研究相对较少。文章结合工程建设经验和研究,从建设目标、建设思路、建设内容、建设要点等方面研究建设期数字孪生水利工程建设内容,为建设期数字孪生水利工程建设提供思路与指导。
The construction of smart water conservancy is one of the six implementation paths to promote the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new era.Among them,the digital twin river basin is the core of the smart water conservancy construction.As an important part of digital twin river basin construction,the research of digital twin water conservancy project’s operation period is more in-depth and extensive,but the research of construction period is relatively few.Combined with engineering construction experience and research,this paper studies the construction content of the digital twin water conservancy project in the construction period from the aspects of construction goals,construction ideas,construction content,and construction key points,so as to provide ideas and guidance for the construction of the digital twin water conservancy project in the construction period.
