摘要
目的探讨山东省山东大学、淄博市和德州市大气PM_(2.5)中砷元素的时空污染特征,评估其人群暴露的慢性健康风险,为开展大气污染相关健康管理及干预政策的制定提供依据。方法在山东大学、淄博市和德州市设置大气PM_(2.5)采样点,采用称量法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法分别测定大气PM_(2.5)质量浓度和砷元素浓度。分析3市PM_(2.5)和PM_(2.5)中砷元素年平均浓度时空变化趋势,评估研究区域PM_(2.5)中砷暴露人群的慢性健康风险。结果山东省山东大学、淄博市和德州市PM_(2.5)中砷元素年浓度分别为(3.74±2.56)、(5.76±3.94)和(3.75±2.16)ng/m^(3)。3市PM_(2.5)中砷元素浓度的季节变化趋势不一致,冬季高于其他季节;采暖期均高于非采暖期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。淄博市PM_(2.5)中砷元素浓度在不同季节、采暖期和非采暖期均高于山东大学和德州市。济南、淄博和德州市PM_(2.5)中砷元素的致癌风险95%分位数分别为1.76×10^(-5)、2.48×10^(-5)和1.44×10^(-5);非致癌风险的95%分位数均<1。结论山东省3市PM_(2.5)中砷元素年平均浓度存在区域性差异;3市PM_(2.5)中砷元素慢性暴露对人群健康存在一定致癌风险,淄博市人群致癌风险高于山东大学和德州市。
Objective To investigate the spatial-temporal characteristics of arsenic in ambient PM_(2.5)in Jinan,Zibo,and Dezhou City of Shandong Province and evaluate the chronic health risks of population exposure,to provide references for the development of air pollution-related health management and health intervention policy.Methods The ambient PM_(2.5)monitoring stations were set up in Jinan,Zibo,and Dezhou City.The mass concentration of PM_(2.5)and arsenic in PM_(2.5)were detected using the gravimetric method and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,respectively.The spatiotemporal variation trend of the annual mean arsenic concentration in PM_(2.5)and PM_(2.5)in 3 cities was analyzed.The chronic health risk assessment of populations exposed to arsenic in PM_(2.5)in the study area was assessed.Results The annual average concentration of arsenic in PM_(2.5)in the three cities of Shandong Province was(3.74±2.56),(5.76±3.94),and(3.75±2.16)ng/m^(3),respectively.The seasonal variation trend of arsenic concentration in PM_(2.5)in 3 cities was inconsistent and higher in winter than in other seasons.The heating period was higher than the non-heating period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The concentration of arsenic in PM_(2.5)in Zibo City was higher than that in Jinan City and Dezhou City during different seasons,heating periods and non-heating periods.The 95th percentiles of carcinogenic risk of arsenic in PM_(2.5)were 1.76×10^(-5),2.48×10^(-5),and 1.44×10^(-5),respectively.The 95th percentile of non-carcinogenic risk was less than 1 in 3 cities.Conclusions The annual average concentration of arsenic in PM_(2.5)in 3 cities has regional differences.The chronic exposure to arsenic in PM_(2.5)in 3 cities posed a certain carcinogenic risk to human health.The carcinogenic risk in Zibo City was higher than that in Jinan City and Dezhou City.
