摘要
幽门螺杆菌感染是全球公共健康威胁之一,可以导致多种消化系统疾病。然而越来越多的研究发现幽门螺杆菌感染与胃肠外疾病密切相关,幽门螺杆菌感染是2型糖尿病发病的危险因素之一。幽门螺杆菌在2型糖尿病患者中感染率更高,幽门螺杆菌感染与2型糖尿病并发症的发生亦有关。本文对幽门螺杆菌感染与2型糖尿病并发症的相关性研究进展作一综述。
Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is one of the global public health threats,which can cause a variety of digestive diseases.However,a growing number of studies found an association between H.pylori infection and many extra-gastroduodenal diseases.H.pylori infection is one of the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus.The prevalence rate of H.pylori is higher in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,H.pylori infection is also related to the development of complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.This article reviews the research advances on the association between H.pylori infection and complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
