摘要
选择合适的二氧化钼作为基础原料制备金属钼氧含量化学标准样品,开展了均匀性检验、稳定性检验、定值结果分析和溯源性论证,确定了金属钼中氧含量的标准值及扩展不确定度。
Suitable molybdenum dioxide was selected as the basic raw material to prepare chemical standard samples for the oxygen content of molybdenum metal.Uniformity testing,stability testing,analysis of fixed value results,and traceability verification were carried out to determine the standard value and extended uncertainty of oxygen content in molybdenum metal.
