摘要
自党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略以来,各地方都在积极探索乡村的发展道路。卢边社区改造提升项目是广东省江门市潮连岛传统乡村改造的重点工程,项目借助村子的生态空间资源优势和地方宗祠文化特色,以改善人居环境为目标,聚焦以旅游产业为核心的多种业态相结合的发展模式,逐步提升本地村民的生活质量,渐进实现城乡融合发展和乡村文化振兴,同时也为城市中的人们提供了富有特色的乡土风光体验场所。文章重点回顾并总结了卢边社区明清祠堂街的地域文化特色、改造提升方案中把控的原则、实施过程中的改造提升策略等相关成果,展示出“轻介入”策略下的渐进式提升效果。
Since the Rural Revitalization Strategy was proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,all regions have been actively exploring the path of rural development.The Renovation and Upgrading Project of Lubian Community is a key project of the traditional rural transformation of Chaolian Island in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province.The project takes advantage of the village's ecological space resources and local ancestral temples culture,to improve the living environment.It focuses on creating a development model that integrates various forms of business with the tourism industry as the core,gradually improves the quality of life of local villagers,progressively realizes the integration of urban and rural development and the revitalization of rural culture,and simultaneously provides a unique place for urban people to experience the local scenery.This paper focuses on the geographical and cultural characteristics of the Ming and Qing Citang Road Street in the Lubian Community,the principles of control in the renovation and upgrading program,and the results of the renovation and upgrading strategy in the implementation process,showing the effect of gradual improvement under the strategy of light intervention.
