基于中国特色学徒制的高职院校BIM人才培养模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 中国特色学徒制是进一步推进校企合作、产教融合的新形式、新举措。在建筑行业产业升级与转型的当下,市场对BIM人才培养提出了更高的要求。中国特色学徒制这一新型人才培养模式,能够提高BIM人才供需匹配度、促进校企深度融合、保障BIM专业师资质量,为BIM专业人才培养提供支撑。基于此,文章分析了在中国特色学徒制背景下推进BIM人才培养模式改革面临的困境,并尝试从课程体系构建、改革评估体系、打造师资队伍三个方面提出建议。 The apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is a new form and new measure to further promote school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.At the moment of industrial upgrading and transformation of the construction industry,the construction market has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of BIM talents.The apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is a new talent training model that can improve the matching degree of supply and demand of BIM talents,promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises,ensure the quality of BIM professional teachers,and provide support for the training of BIM professionals.On this basis,this paper further analyzes the dilemma faced by the apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics in promoting the reform of BIM talent training model,and tries to put forward suggestions from three aspects:curriculum system construction,evaluation system reform,and teacher team building.
