摘要
绘画与园艺疗法作为创新性、非药物的干预手段,被认为是促进老年人身心健康的重要手段,但既有研究主要聚焦于二者的独立应用,缺乏对其融合及本土化的系统性探索。文章针对老年群体在生理、心理及社会方面面临的挑战,在分析绘画及园艺疗法作用基础上,探讨了绘画和园艺疗法融合对老年人身心健康的促进作用,并结合两者文化思想的共性特点,探索出一条具有本土化特色的发展路径。
Painting and horticulture therapy,as innovative and non-pharmaceutical intervention means,are considered to be important means to promote physical and mental health of the elderly,but existing studies mainly focus on the independent application of the two,and there is a lack of systematic exploration of their integration and localization.In view of the physiological,psychological and social challenges faced by the elderly,this paper analyzes the effects of painting and horticulture therapy,discusses the promotion of the integration of painting and horticulture therapy on the physical and mental health of the elderly,and explores a development path with local characteristics by combining the common characteristics of the two cultural thoughts.
