摘要
在体验经济的推动下,实体书店的场所功能与空间意义经历着不断解构与重构的过程,逐步由单一的书籍销售场所向综合的文化体验场所转型,俨然成为城市文化的聚集地、传播中心及公共社交场所。此类复合型书店如何在快速发展的当下应对各种变化和挑战,并在既定的空间和复合的消费体验需求之间取得平衡,是亟待解决的重要议题。文章结合当下复合型书店用户群体与体验需求分析,基于弹性设计理念,从空间、时间、社会生活三个层面提炼出复合型书店“1+N^(+)”体验设计路径及策略,以期为其转型升级提供理论支持和实践指导,助力体验经济时代下复合型书店模式的可持续发展。
Driven by the experience economy,the function and spatial significance of brick-and-mortar bookstores are undergoing the process of deconstruction and reconstruction,gradually transforming from a single place for book sales to a comprehensive place for a cultural experience,and becoming a gathering place for urban culture,a dissemination center and a place for public social interaction.How to cope with various changes and challenges in the rapid development of this kind of composite bookstore,and to strike a balance between the established space and the demand for composite consumer experience is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.This paper combines the analysis of user groups and experience needs of composite bookstores,and extracts the"1+N^(+)"experience design paths and strategies of composite bookstores based on the concept of elastic design from the three levels of space,time,and social life,to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of composite bookstores and helping the sustainable development of composite bookstore mode in the era of experience economy.
