摘要
文章立足于可持续发展理念,对杭州亚运会后体育场馆的利用现状进行了深入分析与评估。研究发现,体育场馆的功能定位不明确,亟须向多元化转型以适应城市发展的需求。研究认为,通过整合智能化技术和“体育+”商业模式,能够显著提升场馆的运营效率和服务质量,并强调优化管理体系的重要性,包括加强政府与企业的合作以及推动市场化运营。这些措施对于确保体育场馆的长期可持续发展至关重要。体育场馆的转型应结合当地文化特色和市场需求,以实现经济效益和社会效益的双赢,促进体育场馆的多功能利用,增强其社会服务功能,为城市发展注入新的活力。
Based on the concept of sustainable development,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the utilization status of sports venues after the Hangzhou Asian Games.Research has found that the functional positioning of sports venues is unclear,and there is an urgent need to transform towards diversification to meet the needs of urban development.Research suggests that by integrating intelligent technology and the"sports+"business model,the operational efficiency and service quality of venues can be significantly improved.And emphasize the importance of optimizing the management system,including strengthening cooperation between the government and enterprises and promoting market-oriented operations.These measures are crucial for ensuring the long-term sustainable development of sports venues.The transformation of sports venues should be combined with local cultural characteristics and market demand to achieve a win-win situation of economic and social benefits,promote the multifunctional utilization of sports venues,enhance their social service functions,and inject new vitality into urban development.
