摘要
“食品生物化学”是食品专业的一门专业基础课程,课程内容含有丰富的思政教育元素。在教学过程中,教师要遵循规律,坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一。以“尿素循环”为例进行教学设计,通过课前强化、课中强调、课后提升的教学方式,结合问题导入、趣味比喻、课堂讨论等教学方法,将思政教育有机融合到知识传授的过程中,以期达到培养德才兼备的人才培养目标。
“Food Biochemistry”is a basic course for food majors,which contains abundant ideological and political elements.In the process of teaching,teachers should follow the rules and adhere to the unity of explicit and implicit education.Taking“urea cycle”as an example for teaching design,organically integrate ideological and political education into the process of knowledge transfer through the teaching methods of pre-class reinforcement,in-class emphasis,and after-class improvement,combined with teaching methods such as problem introduction,interesting metaphors,and classroom discussions,in order to achieve the goal of cultivating talents with both ability and political integrity.
