晶体-非晶纳米双相合金的设计理念与制备合成的研究进展

摘要 晶体-非晶纳米双相合金因其独特的微观结构,具有传统金属材料所不具备的优异性能,因此晶体-非晶纳米双相合金的设计和制备对新材料的研发和结构材料的发展具有重要意义。晶体-非晶纳米双相合金结构的异质性使得材料的力学性能受到纳米尺度效应、双相协同作用和界面复合物形成的重要影响,也使得可以通过晶体合金的非晶化、非晶合金的纳米晶化或物理沉积法直接制得。本文从晶体-非晶纳米双相合金的发展进程、设计理念和合成制备方法等方面入手,对目前晶体-非晶纳米双相合金的设计和制备合成现状进行总结。 Due to their unique microstructure,crystal-amorphous nano-duplex alloys have excellent properties that traditional metal materials do not have.Therefore,the design and preparation of crystal-amorphous nano-duplex alloys are of great significance for the research and development of new materials and structural materials.The structural heterogeneity of the crystal-amorphous nano-duplex alloys makes the mechanical properties of the material be important affected by the nanoscale effect,the biphasic synergistic interaction and the formation of interfacial complexes,and their can also be directly prepared by nanocrystallization in amorphous alloys,amorphization in nanocrystalline alloys or physical deposition.In this paper,the development process,design concepts and synthesis methods of the crystal-amorphous nano-duplex alloys are summarized.
