摘要
为有效治理湖北省大冶市秀山煤矿矿井外溢酸性废水,消除废水对周边水体及居民生产生活环境的影响,通过分析秀山煤矿矿井外溢酸性废水的理化性质和化学成分,比选废水处理的各种氧化工艺、泥水分离工艺、沉淀工艺及常用污泥处理设备的优势与特点,优选并采用“化学沉淀+磁沉淀”工艺,处理秀山煤矿矿井外溢酸性废水。结果表明,采用该工艺路线,废水pH值平均由5.95上升到6.25,悬浮物平均浓度降低了72.34%,铁含量平均减少了99.68%,出水水质达到《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》(GB 20426—2006)规定的排放要求。同时,对达标排放的深度处理与回用、污泥的资源化综合利用提出了合理化的建议。
In order to effectively control acid wastewater from mine water overflow in Xiushan Coal mine,Daye City,Hubei Province,and eliminate the impact of wastewater on the surrounding water and the production and living environment of residents,the physical and chemical properties and chemical composition of the acid wastewater from the mine water overflow in Xiushan Coal mine are analyzed.The advantages and characteristics of various oxidation processes,mud-water separation processes,precipitation processes and common sludge treatment equipment are compared,and the"chemical precipitation+magnetic precipitation"process is selected and adopted to treat the acid wastewater from the mine water overflow.The results show that the average pH of wastewater increases from 5.95 to 6.25.The average concentration of suspended matter decreases by 72.34%.The average iron content decreases by 99.68%,and the effluent quality meets the discharge requirements stipulated in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Coal Industry(GB 20426-2006).At the same time,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the advanced treatment and reuse of the standard discharge and the comprehensive utilization of sludge resources.
