江西省林业碳汇发展现状、问题与对策研究 被引量:1

Research on the Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Forestry Carbon Sink Development in Jiangxi Province

摘要 森林碳汇在应对气候变化方面具有独特且不可替代的作用,发展林业碳汇是助力我国“双碳”目标实现的重要举措。本文从林业碳汇资源、项目开发、价值实现、科技支撑和制度保障5个方面介绍了江西省林业碳汇发展现状,探讨了现阶段林业碳汇资源瓶颈突出、计量监测难度大、交易推进缓慢、科技支撑能力不足等问题,提出了今后发展的对策和建议:以全面固碳、重点增汇为总体导向,进一步强化对林业碳汇工作的统筹安排与部署。通过稳步增加林业碳汇总量,持续夯实林业碳汇的技术支撑,加快推进林业碳汇价值的实现进程,大力推动绿色低碳产业的发展,积极开展林业碳汇科普宣传推广活动,多措并举推动林业碳汇事业高质量发展。 Forest carbon sink plays a unique and irreplaceable role in addressing climate change.The development of forest carbon sink is an important measure to China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.This paper ex-amined the present situation of forestry carbon sequestration in Jiangxi Province from forestry carbon sequestra-tion resources,project development,value realization,technical support and guaranteeing systems.At present,the development of forestry carbon sink is confronted with the following difficulties:a prominent resource bottleneck,great difficulty in measurement and monitoring,slow progress in transactions,and insufficient scientific and tech-nological support.The existing difficulties and problems in forestry carbon sequestration at present were investi-gated in Jiangxi Province.The future development strategies and suggestions were put forward,which provides a reference for the development of forestry carbon sequestration in Jiangxi Province.The government should take comprehensive carbon sequestration and focus on increasing carbon sink,and further strengthen the overall ar-rangement and deployment of forestry carbon sink.By steadily increasing the total amount of forestry carbon se-questration,continuously reinforcing the technical support for forestry carbon sequestration,accelerating the process of realizing the value of forestry carbon sequestration,vigorously promoting the development of green and low-carbon industries,and actively engaging in the promotion and dissemination activities of forestry sci-ence popularization,multiple measures should be taken to promote the high-quality development of forestry car-bon sequestration.
