摘要
“三评一考”工作是卫生健康行政部门评价公立医院整体水平的主要手段。面对大量的数据统计需求和内涵式精细化管理要求,潍坊市某二级公立综合医院通过搭建集中式数据仓库平台,构建指标库、模型库、分析库3个核心库,面向N用户多元化应用,形成了“1+3+N”的指标管理模式,并明确指标责任,在1064个“三评一考”指标中,有86.09%的指标完成了数据集成,77.26%的指标实现了自动抓取,从而实现系统的互联互通和数据的协同共享,保证了各项评价指标客观、真实、准确,促进了医院高质量发展。
The"three evaluations and one examination"work has become the main means for the health administrative department to evaluate the overall level of public hospitals.In the face of the statistical needs of a large amount of data and the requirements of intensive and refined management,a secondary general hospital in Weifang City has built a centralized data warehouse platform,constructed three core libraries of index library,model library and analysis library,and diversified applications for N users.The"1+3+N"index management mode was formed,and the index responsibility was clarified,so that 86.09% of the 1064"three evaluations and one examination"indicators completed data integration,77.26% realized automatic capture,realized the interconnection of the system and the cooperation and sharing of data,ensured the objective,true and accurate evaluation indicators,and promoted the high-quality development of the hospital.
