摘要
智慧医院建设是公立医院高质量发展的重要方向。以医院运营管理工作机制为基础,以“资源效率”和“运营效益”为主题构建智慧医院一体化运营管理平台。平台采用PC端与移动端一体化运行模式,可提供数据整合与可视化展示、信息共享与个性化分析、决策支持与目标预警等管理服务。平台的使用能够有效提升医院资源利用效率,提高医院运营管理服务效能,助力医院高质量发展。
The construction of smart hospitals is an important direction for the high-quality development of public hospitals.Based on the working mechanism of hospital operation management,this study constructed an integrated operation management platform of smart hospitals with the theme of"resource efficiency"and"operation benefit".The platform adopts the integrated operation mode of PC and mobile terminal to realize management services such as data integration and visual display,information sharing and personalized analysis,decision support and target early warning.The use of this platform can effectively improve the efficiency of hospitals resource utilization,enhance the efficiency of hospitals operation management services,and help the high-quality development of hospitals.
