基于休止角的山区公路弃渣场稳定性评价研究

摘要 当前弃渣场安全稳定性评估中弃渣工程特性测试结果存在代表性和离散性问题,稳定性评价需要借助数值工具限制了动态设计,可能导致弃渣场安全稳定性不可控。依托云南地区多条高速公路沿线弃渣场多阶段安全稳定性评估工作,通过现场调查、室内外试验及数值模拟,探讨弃渣休止角跟踪测量替代有限尺寸和有限数量实验测试,构建基于休止角的弃渣场稳定性评价方法,进行工程应用,检验方法的可行性。所得结论如下:①山区公路弃渣成分巨粒及中粗砾占弃渣总量40%~60%,几乎不含粉粒和黏粒成分,弃渣级配多数不良。弃渣过程类似大型天然休止角试验,现场调查及试验获取的无黏性弃渣休止角范围取值可以取代弃渣现场和室内实验,代入无黏性弃渣边坡稳定性系数计算公式得到弃渣边坡稳定性系数,用于弃渣边坡安全设计和稳定评估。②文中方法计算得到的稳定性系数为1.43~1.60,小于极限平衡法的1.59~1.61,结果偏保守,这是休止角的极限特征造成的,采用天然休止角测量统计方法评价弃渣场稳定性简单实用,可用于弃渣场动态设计和稳定评估。 Current assessments of the safety and stability of spoil areas face issues such as the representativeness and discreteness of test results related to the engineering characteristics of spoil,and the need for numerical tools in stability evaluations,which limits dynamic design and may lead to uncontrollable safety and stability of spoil areas.Based on multi-stage safety and stability assessments of spoil areas along multiple highways in Yunnan,the use of continuous measurement of the angle of repose of spoil is explored as an alternative to limited-size and limited-quantity experimental testing through extensive field investigations,laboratory and outdoor experiments,and numerical simulations.A stability evaluation method for spoil areas based on the angle of repose is developed,applied in engineering projects,and tested for feasibility.The conclusions drawn are as follows,firstly,the over coarse-grained and medium-coarse gravel components in the spoil from mountain highways account for 40%to 60%of the total spoil volume,almost without silt and clay particles,resulting in poor grading of the spoil.The spoil process is similar to a large-scale natural angle of repose test.The range of values for the angle of repose of non-cohesive spoil obtained through field investigations and experiments can replace on-site and laboratory experiments for spoil.These values can be substituted into the formula for calculating the stability factor of non-cohesive spoil slopes to obtain the stability factor,which can be used for the safe design and stability assessment of spoil slopes.Secondly,engineering examples demonstrate that the stability factors calculated using the method proposed in this paper range from 1.43 to 1.60,which are slightly lower than the 1.59 to 1.61 obtained by the limit equilibrium method.This conservative result is due to the extreme characteristics of the angle of repose.The method of evaluating the stability of spoil areas using measurements and statistics of the natural angle of repose is simple and practical and can be used for dynamic design and stability assessment of spoil areas.
