摘要
女性科技人员是科学研究队伍中重要的一部分.国家自然科学基金委员会作为我国科学基金管理部门,出台了一系列政策,为促进科研性别平衡发挥了积极的作用.本文以国家自然科学基金委员会化学化工领域女性科研人员近几年申请与资助情况作为基础数据,剖析科研人员在项目申请与评审中存在的性别差异,分析女性科研人员在科研道路上面临的困境与障碍,为推动女性科研人员成长提供数据与理论依据.
Female scientists are important part of China's scientific research team.The National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),as the administrative department of science funding,has issued a series of policies to promote gender balance and played an active role.Based on the application and funding data of female researchers in the field of chemistry and chemical engineering of NSFC in recent years,this article analyzes the gender differences of female researchers during project application and evaluation,investigates the difficulties and obstacles that female researchers encountered in scientific research,which provides data and theoretical support for promoting the growth of female scientific.
