基于数据驱动的空调制冷机房在线优化控制研究

摘要 建立了基于历史运行数据驱动的空调制冷机房的全局优化控制模型,以LabVIEW为平台开发了空调制冷机房在线优化控制系统,采用COM组件技术进行LabVIEW与MATLAB混合编程。在线优化控制系统根据实时采集的数据,调用MATLAB程序的COM组件计算得出优化变量的设定值,对机房的运行参数进行优化控制。搭建实验系统对在线优化控制系统的功能进行了验证。 A global optimal control model for air-conditioning and refrigerating stations driven by historical operation data is established.An online optimal control system for air-conditioning and refrigerating stations is developed based on LabVIEW,in which the COM component technology is used for mixed programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB.According to the real-time data collected,the online optimal control system will utilize the com component of MATLAB program to calculate the set value of optimization variables,and will optimize the operation parameters of air-conditioning and refrigerating stations.An experimental system is built to verify the function of the online optimal control system.
