摘要
以圆柱双U型低温相变蓄能装置为对象,利用数值模拟计算方法,动态分析了相变蓄能装置蓄热特性、释热特性,并分析热流体温度、流速对相变蓄能装置蓄热影响。研究结果表明:相变温度、固相率、流体温度是分析蓄热、释热特征的关键参数;提高热流体流速、温度均可以缩短相变蓄热时长,热流体温度比热流体流速对蓄能装置蓄热特性影响更大。
A cylindrical double U-shaped low-temperature phase-change energy storage device was used as an object to dynamically analyze the heat storage and heat release characteristics of the phase-change energy storage device by numerical simulation method,and the influence of thermal fluid temperature and flow rate on the heat storage device was analyzed.The results show that the phase change temperature,solid phase ratio and fluid temperature are the key parameters to analyze the characteristics of heat storage and heat release.Increasing the velocity and temperature of hot fluid can shorten the duration of phase change heat storage,and the temperature of hot fluid has more influence on the heat storage characteristics of energy storage device than the velocity of hot fluid.
