摘要
衢州市体育中心项目体育场环梁包含大体积清水混凝土和有粘结预应力的叠加应用,施工难度极大。论文围绕环梁各道工序施工疑难点进行分析,从原材料控制、试验段验证改进、设计深化优化和创优指导服务等方面提出质量控制和监督措施,确保结构质量和清水混凝土效果。同时,提出了应构建针对大型复杂公建项目的有效监督机制。
The ring girder of the stadium of Quzhou Sports Centre Project contains the superimposed application of large volume fair-faced concrete and bonded prestressing,which is extremely difficult to construct.Quzhou Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station analyzed the construction difficulties of the ring girder in each process and put forward quality control and supervision measures from the aspect of raw material control,verification and improvement of the test section,deepening and optimization of the design,and excellence guidance service to ensure the structural quality and the effect of the fair-faced concrete.At the same time,it builds an effective supervision mechanism for large and complex public construction projects.
