摘要
现在的机械换挡拖拉机一般为一个换挡杆控制4个挡位,当作业工况复杂需要频繁更换更多挡位时,只能使用多个换挡杆同时配合,增加了换挡次数和换挡时间,提高了驾驶员的劳动强度,降低了拖拉机作业效率,并且选挡换挡没有单独的定位机构,造成选挡不清晰和挂错档的问题,影响操作体验。经常会出现拖拉机变速箱内高位置的轴承和齿轮无法接触到润滑油造成损坏的问题,单独在变速箱壳体内开润滑油道成本高且结构复杂。所以本文介绍一种集成换挡导向,选挡定位及传动系较高位置轴承齿轮精确润滑功能的拖拉机换挡操纵机构。
Today’s mechanical shift tractors generally control four gears with a shift lever.When the operating conditions are complex and require frequent shifting of more gears,only multiple levers can be used simultaneously increased the number of shifts,shift time and fatigue strength of the driver,reduced the efficiency of tractor operation.There is no separate positioning mechanism for gear selection shift,which cause the problem of unclear gear selection and wrong shift,affecting the operating experience.There is often a problem that the bearings and gears in the high position of the tractor gearbox cannot reach the lubricating oil and cause damage.It’s costly and complex to design the oil passage in the gearbox housing alone.Therefore,this paper introduces a tractor shift control mechanism that integrates the functions of shift steering,gear selection positioning and precise lubrication of higher position bearing gears in the transmission.
