摘要
线粒体质量控制(MQC)是指细胞通过一系列机制来保持线粒体功能、结构的稳定性,防止线粒体功能异常导致细胞内能量代谢紊乱和氧化应激的发生。MQC涉及线粒体的生物发生、动力学、氧化应激和自噬等过程。多种疾病的发生和发展与MQC的失调密切相关,包括但不限于代谢性疾病、神经退行性疾病和心血管疾病。线粒体功能在痛风性关节炎(GA)发生发展中发挥重要作用,线粒体功能障碍会被有缺陷的质量控制放大,进而加速GA的发生发展。
Mitochondrial quality control(MQC)refers to the cellular mechanisms that maintain the stability of mitochondrial function and structure,preventing mitochondrial dysfunction that could lead to metabolic disturbances and oxidative stress.MQC involves processes such as mitochondrial biogenesis,dynamics,oxidative stress,and autophagy.The dysregulation of MQC is closely linked to the onset and progression of various diseases,including but not limited to metabolic disorders,neurodegenerative diseases,and cardiovascular diseases.Mitochondrial function plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis and progression of gouty arthritis(GA).Mitochondrial dysfunction,when exacerbated by defective quality control mechanisms,accelerates the onset and progression of GA.
